centre box in the rear trim, and a
storage recess behind each seat,
while the deep boot achieves 150
litres (VDA) of luggage capacity.
Safety is assured by a high-rigidity
body structure that absorbs impact
energy and channels it away from the
passenger compartment. And for
protection in depth there are
three-point seatbelts with
pretensioner and variable load
limiter, along with dual front
airbags and newly-developed side
airbags. Anti-theft measures include
an immobilizer system and a boot-lid
lock-canceler that stops the boot
opening without the keyless-entry
